I am currently a non-traditional student finishing up a BA degree in Art with a concentration in photography. Photography has been a passion for many years, yet is was only recently that I discovered the joy of B&W photos. I enjoy the entire process of photography, but it is in the
darkroom that I find peace.

While researching for term paper on A. Aubrey Bodine, I discovered his bromoil images and became facinated with how beautiful they were. In January 2000 I made my first bromoil with the help of Gene Laughter's book Bromoil 101. This process fills a space that seemed to be missing from my artistic endeavors. With bromoil I can be as creative as my mind and abilities allow. Each bromoil is a treasure since no two are alike.
